Video Analysis Teaching
Progression Based Program
Cascade Jersey & Performance Tee Provided
Key Focuses:
40 minutes per day of small group skill development + 20 minutes per day of small area games & live competition drills.
On-ice video feedback will be provided to improve your hockey intelligence
Refine your skills effectively and prepare for competitive play in the upcoming season
